After three days of staying, I realized that the most unforgettable thing was not the West Lake scenery outside the window, but the warm and thoughtful service hidden in the details. There were no overly enthusiastic disturbances, but I could always provide a timely response when you needed it.
  I arrived at the hotel late at night in late autumn. As soon as I walked to the door from the wutong tree on Beishan Street, dragging my suitcase, the doorman took the initiative to take my luggage. Afraid of the strong wind at the lake at night, he handed me a cup of warm Hangzhou white chrysanthemum tea and went all the way to the elevator. He also kindly reminded me that the lake would cool at night. If you want to go out for a walk, you can always borrow a thick shawl from the front desk. When I checked in, the front desk learned that it was my first time to stay.
